I'M JAM (I’m Just A Man) exists to restore, rebuild, and redefine healthy manhood. We provide mentorship, coaching, and real conversations that empower men to heal, grow, and lead with confidence - In a culture where masculinity is constantly being redefined and where marriage has become a casual activity.

RESTORED MAN
Restored Man is more than a book, a workbook, or a bootcamp. It is a conversation—one that is happening in churches, men’s groups, workshops, conferences, community spaces, and anywhere men are hurting, searching for answers, and trying to figure out what comes next.
While the Restored Man book and bootcamp are specifically designed to help men heal, recover, and rebuild after separation and divorce, the message reaches far beyond divorce. At its core, Restored Man speaks to the deeper issues men face when life disrupts their identity, relationships, confidence, faith, purpose, and sense of direction.
Wherever the conversation takes us, Coach Brian Flippin creates space for men to confront what they are carrying, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin doing the work necessary to move forward with greater clarity, strength, and purpose.
Through honest, practical, faith-centered conversations, Coach Brian talks to men about:
- What does it mean to be the best version of yourself?
- Why men don't talk?
- Fatherhood after divorce
- From broken to restored
- Defining manhood and masculinity
- Men, relationships, communication
- Reclaiming your identity
- Five characteristics every man needs to be successful moving forward
- Emotional intelligence for men
- Culture and feminism...and more

Brian T. Flippin isn’t coaching men from a textbook. He’s walked the road himself.
Brian is a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Relationship Coach, Certified Grief Coach, faith-based Divorce Recovery Specialist, author, ministry leader, and founder of I’M JUST A MAN (I’M JAM) — a platform created to help men navigate some of the most difficult seasons of their lives.
For more than 20 years, Brian has served in ministry, leadership, mentoring, teaching, and relationship development. But his passion for helping divorced men became deeply personal when his own 27-year marriage ended.
He discovered firsthand that divorce doesn’t simply change your relationship status. It can shake your identity, disrupt your family, challenge your confidence, alter your finances, strain your relationship with your children, and even cause you to question your faith and the future you thought you were building.
Brian also discovered something else: men are often expected to survive all of it quietly.
People may tell you to move on. Be strong. Get back out there. Keep working. Keep providing. Keep functioning.
But very few people show a man how to actually heal.
That experience became part of the foundation for Brian's work today.
Through coaching, mentoring, teaching, workshops, and programs such as RESTORED MAN, Brian helps men move beyond simply surviving divorce and begin the deeper work of healing, recovery, and restoration.
His approach combines practical coaching principles, relationship insight, grief recovery, biblical truth, and lived experience. He understands that rebuilding after divorce requires more than motivational words. A man has to confront what happened, understand what the experience did to him, separate his identity from the failure of the marriage, process grief and betrayal, rediscover his confidence, strengthen his relationship with God, and develop a vision for the man he will become next.
Brian calls that process restoration.
And restoration isn't about becoming the man you were before the divorce.
It's about becoming a wiser, healthier, stronger, more grounded version of the man God created you to be.
Brian's message to men is simple:
Your marriage may have ended. Your life didn't.
Purpose still lies ahead of you. Life still has purpose ahead of you. There is still something worth building.
And you don't have to figure out how to rebuild it alone.
Heal. Refocus. Rebuild. Rise.
That's the work.
That's the mission.
That's what it means to become a Restored Man.
